Description
The street light at the corner of Carolina and Arctic Ave won’t stay on.
This is NOT the normal cycling on and off that some older street lights will do. It won’t stay on for more than seconds. It’s off more than on. It flickers on and off all night.
I wouldn’t mind it dark but this is a fairly busy neighborhood intersection. And vehicle larceny is common. So it needs to be fixed.
Birds live in the light fixture as well.
