Description

This house is falling apart. People use the side porch to sleep on and to get out of weather. Cant be seen from the street. Rats, stray cats and and other critters. Very unsightly to the neighborhood! Back fence is falling down! It’s been 10 years that this house has been reported on and nothing has been done!
