Description

Trash and recycle bins are left roadside 24x7. They are in the road itself, not the driveway. They overflow regularly and blow into neighboring yards and in the street. This has gone on for months and months. Also basketball hoop is in the road and impeding snow removal.

A. Trash/Recycle bins left roadside 24x7 and overflow resulting in trash/recycling blowing into yards and in the street. BBall hoop is also in the road impeding snow removal. Asking for bins to be stored on property and only brought down the night before as state on the city website.
