very heavy traffic jams is occurring after the new traffic light were installed, those traffic lights were @ Hawley line and 108 route at Stratford, lights in front of the Mobil gas station, traffic lights were set for the left turn for only 3 seconds, only 2 car can make the left turn, than it turns red right away, is a very heavy traffic jam every day, like never seen before, light needs to be set for a longer time as the it is the light at the same signal traffic light for the right turn.
