I spoke with a representative in the Streets & Stormwater Division today via the phone number I provided in my prior comment. They said it would be assigned to their crew to resolve but I was not given a precise date/time. Feel free to call their phone number to inquire and reference this Issue ID: 9061174. Thank you. - Sarmora

Good morning Chris,
Thanks for contacting City of Orlando Transportation Engineering with your request. Since your report is for a damaged inlet it was forwarded to the Streets & Stormwater Division within the Public Works Department; all questions regarding this request should be handled by Ms. Karen Patterson; unfortunately Sarmora Chin is not able to answer your questions or provide updates since she works for another Department. Please be advised that fixing a damaged inlet is not an easy task for Streets & Stormwater; I will request for them to provide an update.
