Could you have the landlord for 24 and 28 East Ave give the tenants a gentle reminder to bring the huge wheeled recycling barrels off the greenbelt and road. They are pretty great neighbors but the barrels have been on the greenbelt and blown into the road for months now. Instead of bringing them to the house they just bring recycling out. It's a bit of an ugly addition to the usually pretty greenbelt, but more importantly the plow guys will destroy them when they plow...recycling everywhere Not a huge issue just would help keep the neighborhood clean and tidy.
