Previously submitted this and it was assigned case reference number 101004436945. Someone closed it with the comment that “No safety hazard found; no action needed Close.” That response is either confusion or ignorance. There’s a giant, blatant pothole with exposed rebar. To be more precise this time: it’s in the furthest right lane of Smith at the intersection with St. Joseph. Please just fix it.
