Description

Access to the Crosswalk in front of Rockland Trust is blocked by a large Snow Bank. It should have been cleared when the sidewalks were done. It's a very simple process - takes about 10 Minutes. It used to be done this way in the past. This happens in every storm now and it doesn't get cleared until people complain about it. This is a very busy Crosswalk.
