The sidewalk in front of 934 State Street/1 Bishop Street has not been cleared of snow. There is a narrow path packed down by foot traffic, but it's not very usable. I saw a person on a mobility scooter detour into the roadway to get around it. Can LCI notify the owner and remind them of their duty to remove snow within 24 hours of the end of the storm?
