City's working on other stuff and this is the property owner's problem. Why talk trash about the city? Is this a Richard Martin property? They're all over that slum lord. It just doesn't look like it because he's THAT terrible.

Please do more than a Special Collection. Though appreciated, another load of crap will be dumped and sit until neighbors complain. Please hold the property owner accountable. This needs to stop.

Yes, M’s correct. It R. Martin owns the property, which is a problem for our neighborhood.

The city is after slum lord Martin, but it doesn't help he has like 7 companies that own a huge portion of the city. All of the companies have a pile of liens and I know of two properties right by here, if not this one, that are being taken by the city. It's a very slow process, especially this year with the limitations COVID has brought. I know it's little consolation, but they are doing what they can.

Thanks for the info. It’s very frustrating. I just drove home, passing by this property. The gate & shed were open. From what I could see at least one guy is living in the shed, just behind the pile of illegally dumped garbage.

There also is a girl living there with him she just moved in a couple of days ago I saw them drop her off with a suitcase neighbor says she was outside washing her clothes today

Code compliance was there on Dec. 2 and found no evidence of anyone living in the shed. The whole neighborhood knows there are people living there. Something is wrong. Does Dick Martin know when the inspector is comimg???

Yes, it's on the code enforcement site when it's scheduled to happen and usually does within a couple days of that. You need to post pix or call directly and have them come look from your property. He also has them all "working" during regular work hours so it's very possible they won't find anything during the day anyways.

Several of his “employees “ do yard work in the parking lot of Dick’s property on 4th & SE Madison circle; I’m constantly telling at them to pick up their piles of branches from the road & to not blow debris & leaves into the gutter, storm drain, and privately owned empty lot. Continual sketchy activity so I don’t let my kids go near there... not to mention the addicts that hang out in the same places. Recently, they put up several sheds in the back parking lot of the center. Guys are always over there with trucks & trailers but the property never improves aesthetically. Perhaps he plans to rent those sheds out as well. Our neighborhood has a serious & growing problem. We need help!
