the second one was how to report via city -
thanks!

The city receives light out requests from here.
They are responsible for lights in NH

ben - i thought some were through UI and some were through the city?
and clearly this is the best way as it's easiest - is this how every street light should be reported out around town then? i was told differently a few weeks back -
thanks!

hmmm
that sounds pretty official. it'd be great if we could have someone from engineering just confirm that all street lights (not pedestrian lights) should be simply logged through here and not anywhere else?

The Light the night lights look like flood lights or are lamp posts. As far as I know there are no light the night lamp posts in New Haven.
I'll take a photo of one and post here for you later.

Sebouh Says,
"Flat Lens Cobra Head High Pressure Sodium luminaires mounted on wood or aluminum poles lighting the roadways are owned by the city as well as the pedestrian decorative lights. UI's Private Area Lighting is most of the time used to illuminate parking lots, private driveways or building facades and are square shaped.
The phone number to call city street lighting division is (203) 946 6091."
Have a nice day.
