Can you please clarify if you are looking for additional signage to reinforce the winter parking regulations or for there to be no parking on one side of Barstow year around?

Thank you for the response. While parking is an issue in this area all year, and cars on both sides of the street often means making a 7 point turn to get out of my driveway, I am specifically asking for additional signage and enforcement of the winter parking regulations, when the addition of piles of snow make it nearly impossible to navigate with cars on both sides of the street.

If the City finds it feasible to change Barstow st. to one-side only year round, this may help during the winter time as well.

We would not add additional signage for a regulation that is temporary and on the majority of streets it changes from year to year. Regulations such as these can be found through social media and residents receive alerts through the text messaging.
We will continue to check Barstow but please note with so many streets in the city this location would not get checked more than couple times a day.
