CITYWIDE: after the storm, it appears that roads are cleared with top priority, which is fine, but too often that snow gets pushed right onto the handicap ramps on the sidewalk. i went for a 3 mile walk around the city this weekend and could count on one hand how many handicap ramps were fully clear to allow for wheelchair access. by plowing snow into the sidewalk and then not taking care of it, the city is effectively restricting the free movement of people with mobility impairments.
