Description

There are numerous spots along Skyline where the street has not been maintained (swept) and drains are clogged with debris. Since there is no bike lane bikes cannot use the side of the roadway due to all of the debris covering the side of the street. Why is this section of Oakland roadways ignored for so much of the year? How about sending a crew before the rains return?
