Description

The pedestrian signals to cross Beaumont at Excelsior (going west to east) do not work on either corner. This is apparently a long-standing problem, as there is a previous report about it from 8 months ago; I don't know if a duplicate report will add any urgency, but this NEEDS to be fixed. This corner is directly adjacent to a school, and traffic can get quite fast on Beaumont!

More details: Pedestrian signals do not ever produce a green light to cross Beaumont, on either side of Excelsior. Light stays green for thru traffic on Beaumont and pedestrian signal to cross Excelsior repeats indefinitely. When a car approaches the intersection on Excelsior, it does trip a cycle change, but there is no pedestrian signal and the green light across Beaumont lasts only a few seconds.
