If you bought the vehicle and it was purchased "As Is" no warranty express or implied, nothing you can do. Also, don't take the police....lol....the guy who owns Von's used to be a Troy Police Officer and the Troy Police have all their vehicles repaired there.......so not sure the police would be of any help. Besides, this is a Civil matter, if you think you have a case, take it to Civil Court, the filing fee is minimal.
