Thanks for reporting this. I can definitely second that it's been this way for weeks. With regards to the comment about 8989, this SeeClickFix report will automatically get sent to the city and they're supposed to notify the property owner. If it's not taken care of, the city will clear off the sidewalk and bill the property owner. Same as calling 8989.
