Description

At the intersection of Polk & s Blvd of the presidents the ditch needs to be dug out again. The ditches no longer drain which causes the water after the rain to stay in the ditch and causes the roads to flood quicker.
Pictures are of the N & S side of the intersection you can see that the drain path is filled with dirt & grass and the water can not drain out naturally.
