Thank you for your concern, this issue has been received by our department. We will look into this issue further and resolve it accordingly.

The issue only resolved because the snow melted and it was dry for a couple weeks. It will be a problem again as soon as we get into more melting/freezing of the current snowfall.

Hoping the winter runoff issue is resolved. But sprinklers are being used despite the ban, and water still consistently running into the street.
