Water has been pouring off new house/driveway into union and is not freezing. Caused a 2 car collision last night and will surely lead to more as people already speed around the curve and are now hitting ice.

The issue only resolved because the snow melted and it was dry for a couple weeks. It will be a problem again as soon as we get into more melting/freezing of the current snowfall.

Hoping the winter runoff issue is resolved. But sprinklers are being used despite the ban, and water still consistently running into the street.
