I am sorry but currently I do not have photos. Iwill attempt to take some this week. However using the map option, I think I wandered too far from the area. All any one has to do is walk down Church Street (adjacent to Town Hall) hang a left on Common Street (the slums begin) and take a left on Morse St. Most of these horrendous eyesores and health hazards, not to mention lack of smoke alarms in apts. (a neighbor commented when looking at a unit that recently burned). When I approached the Town Manager about the dangerous elements in these apartments, I was told that it was not necessary for owners of properties were allowed to do their own electricity without a building permit or inspections by the town building department.
There is an incestuous attitude in Town Hall and many town officials look the other way when it comes to zoning regulations and permits.
A very concerned and disappointed resident.

Thanks. I'd encourage you to get more people to vote on fixing this. The more people help you document the issue here, the more seriously the town will take the problem.

I'm having similar issues in precinct 9 around wal mart.

And i can't forget about the needles ive found. Next time ill take pics. Bevause nothing matters without evidence. Needles not far from a playground
