Description

There's a walk/don't walk so one can cross from the diner to Home Depot, but none across the other streets. High school kids cross Benham St. during rush hour, and need a walk/don't walk light. And, the bus stop's north of the intersection so folks walking from the grocery to the bus don't have a light, either!
