After investigation by the Madison Electric Department it has been determined that the downed wires in question are utility wires which are not the property of the Madison Electric Department. We encourage you to reach out to your utility (cable/phone) company to request the removal. We have secured the wires temporarily so they will not be hazardous. Thank you.
