This man has been a nuisance in our neighborhood for months. I can't believe there is nothing to be done. Surely there is a way to respect him, assure his rights and get his stolen shopping carts filled with refuse and debris off our streets. Maybe get him down to two or three carts instead of the caravan he pushes around. Pretend we're Rockridge, or Piedmont and DO SOMETHING.
What are we as a community doing to get him to "move"? Never mind what the city does. Are we feeding him, giving him money? Why do we enable him and his hobo clan?
