Get this --- the etched glass graffiti on the front of the building facing 5th Street was reported June 14, 2003. No that's not a typo, that is over six years ago.

SRPD indicates that the building is in foreclosure status. Nonetheless, someone is in charge of this process. This is a completely unreasonable situation. To require the citizens of San Rafael to have to put up with this for over six years.
