A. It's time these potholes get fixed for real. They are getting progressively worse. Avoiding these are a nightmare and a head on collision is just a matter of time away. There are 2 City water manholes/maintenance covers which should reflect that this is a City street. It has been argued in the past that this is a private street, however I have had potholes fixed further down this street a few years ago so this can't be a valid excuse to not repair these any longer. Our HOA refuses to accept responsibility for these potholes because as I mentioned already, this is a City street. Honestly it would be like winning the lottery for a lot of people if the City would finally just agree to fix these. Thank you once again for your consideration in this matter.
