instead of the police doing real work, like patroling!! they are sitting in fron or residence homes for dog parking compliants for 15 minutes. at the same time i had my vehicle recieve damge to it, while the officer was busy with a dig complaint. then after the officer advised the subject about the dog barking. the next day they were allowed to file a compliant on the dog barking issue the police officer all ready did his job, then the police took a compliant the next day.
