Description
It is extremely dangerous to turn east onto Hwy. 98 Bypass. Vehicles on 98 are traveling 55-60 mph around a corner. isibility is extremely limited and it is essential for vehicles to sit significantly beyond the stop line in order to see. There is also a lot of traffic headed east on 98 that is turning onto Franklin St. Vehicles cannot pull up onto the 98 turn lane, because there is no turn lane.
