Description

Offensive graphic on the Fruitvale side of the Safeway Store in Dimond district. It's close to family areas like the library and ice cream shop. Not to mention Ly Luck (across the street) which is busy with families for the Lunar New Year. The graffiti vandals also tagged the former veterinary bldg. across the street with green paint (just scribbles, no graphics). I've spoken to a manager and Safeway is aware of the graffiti. They are slow to remove it. Please complain to the Safeway manager. Thanks.
