Is this an every day issue? Still happening or was it a temporary event? Anything new to report?

As long as the panhandlers sit on the guardrail at exit 17 harassing drivers and their families this stays open.

Ok. Well no one knows if its still am issue without consistant activity on here. Have police been called, the issue reported to them?

A law needs to be passed in order to ban this activity

Ok and do you think that will be accomlished here? What are you doing to head in that direction? What steps have you taken?
