Brad, I am aware this has been reported several times. We have had either, snow, sleet, wind, etc. every other day for at least the past month. Every time that happens our ordinance requires us to suspend enforcement and give people 48 hrs. to clear their sidewalks. This property will go on the list again for enforcement.

While they are public sidewalks, it is the adjacent property owner's responsibility to keep the sidewalks clear of ice and snow. In this case, that would be either the landlord or tenant depending upon their lease agreement.

This issue has been going on all winter. It needs to be addressed immediately.

well now it's snowed agin with ice under it, what's happens now to these cronic abusers?????????? also now the plows have gone through & made it deeper.... just a notice is not enough................
