Looks like the same issue.
Its on the EIFS but looks like it will be covered over when construction is finished and the skim coat is applied.

I saw a few tags on the 3 Brothers wig store....which is under construction.

Exterior False Stucco. Its the crap they are putting on the wig store as opposed to re-pointing the brick.
That should be a SeeClickFix issue in itself. :-)

The tags are on the styrofoam and a skim coat of stucco will be placed over it.

I resolved a light pole issue there today fro Town Green / Win.

I have a contact there .....if anyone wants to discuss this project with the developer.

It's being fixed.....no more sitting / collecting dust....so faux stucco is better than no stucco & blight...right? ( almost sounds like hip-hop) :-)

EIFS has a pour life cycle. It is highly prone to leaks and water damage.

Happy that someone is fixing up the building but wish they had maintained the brick... I'm just whining and thanks for getting that light pole....oh I think those basketball hoops are out of regulation by the way...someone should look into that ;-)

Clean Team has painted that wall and the graffiti is gone.
