What is the barricade, the trash cans in the street? Only one place to put those trash containers, and that is on the street. This complaint has no validity.

Homeowner has constructed barriers on public right of way
Trash cans or cars parked further narrow the road
Thus creating nuisance for the entire neighborhood

No this has been reported ad nauseum for two years, Get over it! The "barricades" are no different than the drainage ditches which do not allow parking directly to the east.
