The "homeless" men (and women) who make our waterfront and parks their own make our waterfront seem unsafe and undesirable.

I totally agree. I was eating at Pistache on the patio about a month ago, and I saw a man sleeping under a chair on "the green." Two of our security guys were standing there doing nothing. I phoned the dispatcher for our security guys to complain. They were told to make him move. It is now scary to walk there at night. It's not even very pleasant in the morning, if you have to walk by lone men who just sit there and stare at you.

Part of the issue is just REPLACING STREET LIGHTS! It's frustrating this isn't getting priority from the city.

I agree. This should be a priority.

Update on this issue? It has been 60 days.
