3355 E River Rd., Concrete still needs to be added "Reference SR# 21003592 just needs to be grouted with concrete." Please contact constituent to meet on site. Previous drainage structures request was closed, the area was rip rapped and back hoe was used, however, the concrete section is pending? Thank you.
