Shouldn't the debris of an accident that happened in a public intersection, on public streets, be the responsibility of the city? The debris was originally on the street, and was moved out of the street to the sidewalk of Editors Park Drive by the responders.

We are picking up the bumper now. We were not aware of it because we don't service the area, and we were not informed of it by the responders. Thanks for letting us know about it so we could get it taken care of.
