Description

Resident is upset and complaining about the service her mother is not receiving from Advance Disposal. She has back door service and ADS is constantly not bringing the trash to the front and disposing of trash. She has had this issue since July 2020 until January 2021. She spoke with Amy Fuller and she has admitted to not emptying the trash for several months. She is upset and disappointed with the service they are providing and feel like she should not pay for service because ADS is not providing the service.
