Yesterday about 5:30 there were two hospital vans idling. They are owned by another company whose number is 1-800-511-7433 (RIDE).
I saw a policeman a block away and asked him if the police enforce this and he said no, he knew nothing about anti-idling laws.

If a bus, large commercial truck or construction equipment is observed to be running its engine while stationary refer caller to Air Management Services at 215-685-7580.
All other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), refer the caller to the Police Department at 911. (mb)
