The recently installed no turn on red sign at the end of Moore Rd, at Dorlan Mill Rd, is unnecessary. Drivers turning right on Dorlan Mill have a clear view of oncoming traffic. What is the justification for this sign? Has an engineering study been performed? The traffic light here was unnecessary to begin with. Traffic flowed better when there was a 4 way stop. Penndot's solution to everything seems to be put up a traffic light.
