Panhandlers between S Frontage Rd and N frontage Rd at the Church Street bridge mess up and slow the flow of traffic by constantly pressing the walk signals to get the traffic delayed as much as possible to increase their opportunity time . This is an area where you have highway traffic exiting and entering the city as well as very heavy city traffic here. And even construction hold ups for the past year . We don't need panhandlers slowing down the flow even more . If this should be posted elsewhere please inform me where to post.
