Description
I was disappointed that the traffic controls installed consisted mostly of painted lines, not bumps, bulb outs or islands. This week I’ve almost been run over by cars going 40+ mph on Howard and Bayswater. The speeding drivers aren’t deterred at all by painted lines.
We need more effective traffic controls in this area before a child, pet or anyone gets hurt.

Can the City be more clear and more transparent on what it means by "staff is currently monitoring and evaluating" - what does that mean exactly?
Can the City share the “after” speed data to show how much, if any, speeds have decreased with what was done? Will the City be doing a survey of residents to see if they’re satisfied with the results? Clear next steps on additional measures like speed humps/cushions would be good for people to know, otherwise people are in the dark.
