Also live in this community, and we have been dealing with this for a long time.have even called the apartments and they do nothing. Its an echo chamber, and many nights result in being awoken by excessive noise.

I live in the community as well. The Edition Apartments needs to hold their residents accountable for their noise level. There have been several screaming matches heard from the garage. There is always speeding in and out of the garage and loud music blast at all hours of the night. The residents also use the clearly marked fire lanes on Sentinel Drive as their loadi and off loading parking. Sentinel Drive needs to be regularly patrolled by the city of Hyattsvile.

We were just subjected to about 8 minutes of music blasting from the garage... waking our entire family. The garage seems to amplify sound. It is now 0430 and everyone in our home is awake..

Last night was particularly noisy. There was what sounded like a screaming match between residents in the garage around 10; someone with a very noisy car driving around with their music on around 2 and then the car that was blasting music around 4am. The Edition does need to be held accountable for the noise that their residents and garage produces.

There are regularly fights in this parking lot. There are loud activities like mobile car detailing. There are multiple cars with muffler problems that should be getting fix it tickets. Cars are parked in so tightly that multiple car alarms go off every day. Many cars play loud music, idle for longer than the statutory 5 minutes, and trigger the dogs in the dog parks below. This has not improved with the Edition’s new management. When will Hyattsville help? This building is a terrible neighbor!

Another evening featuring several unwanted concerts from the parking structure at the Edition. The city of Hyattsville should be holding this landlord accountable for not maintaining order! A few extra minutes of music per many cars adds up to a lot of unnecessary noise by the end of the day.
