Builder was made aware of this issue. To date, a final inspection has not been called for. When that inspection is performed, this will be one of the items that must be in compliance for a Certificate of Occupancy to be issued. Due date has been extended.

The contractor has been given details on what should be repaired by the public works department. Due date has been changed.

After review, the sidewalk damage caused by the builder has been repaired.
