at the VERY LEAST cut down the bushes and lock the house with a condemned sign so that the criminals may not hide there and destroy it anymore.

this house used to have a beautiful yard and now they are taking advantage of the fact that it is overgrown to dump their trash in the yard and also to hide their criminal activities.

the house is next door to a beautiful one family home owned by young parents.

this is UNACCEPTABLE.
