When they were clearing it a few months ago as before you couldn’t even see the house I asked the landscapers if someone had bought it. They said the bank owned it and was looking to sell it.
I pulled the court records and contacted the law firm involved. It was an attempted foreclosure twice but someone caught the house up and paid the property tax. To my knowledge the owner is in a care facility and the family doesn’t want to sell because they’d have to give the profit toward her care.
We have forwarded your complaint about 2312 8th Ave N to our Codes Compliance Assistance Department, and they will now inspect the location and take any necessary action. Sincerely, Mayor's Action Center

Nothing is being done to clean this property. Fence broken in front. Debris piled in front and sides of house. Front porch filled with abandoned furniture. There is a rat and roach continuing problem. What is being done to have these problems corrected? As a nearby home owner I continue to be concerned for the safety of my dwelling.
No better from weeks ago. May I recommend a city agency clear the area and place the cost of doing so as a lien against the property? It’s disgraceful and a health hazard. Thank you
