CARPORT HAS BEEN IN PLACE FOR 12 YEARS. IT IS PREEXISTING AND LEGAL. THE MARKING ARE FADED OUT. IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO PAINT NO PARKING AS LONG AS THE 10 FOOT MAX FOR LINES ARE IN PLACE.

I've lived here for 30 years. What carport are you talking speaking of? There was no structure erected in 2009 or since my arrival in 1991. ( I would love to see a picture or the permit to build it). They simply don't have a fenced yard Note that curb is intact and is not a driveway. This needs to be revisited, Clinton Avenue is one side parking only, therefore parking is critical. A new person moves into a partial Air-BnB and paints no parking to accommodate his van and you are okay with that! Pandora's box: Don't be surprised if the other homes on the block follow suit. This statement and decision is unprecedented. I am requesting this be reopened.

I have been to Zoning building before to do the same and establish parking LEGALLY in my front yard at 199 Clinton Ave while officials there denied my application. Your decision should motivate people to break the law and take the chance and use their front yards as Parking space!! You need to revisit and make real investigation not online investigation!
