Description

Traffic from Prospect Ave northbound proceeding to Bloomfield Ave northbound backs up badly due to lack of synchronization between the two traffic signals. If the left turn green at Albany & Bloomfield was timed to allow free flow of traffic from the Prospect /Albany green it would reduce wait times, idling and pollution while improving traffic flow. Class hours at U of Hartford create heavy traffic on Prospect and cars often wait through three light cycles.
