Has anyone else noticed (I'm sure they have) that this car lot has been sitting the same exact way for 5 years? Maybe more? None of the cars have moved in a LONG time, all of them have flat tires and the owner doesn't seem to care about how it looks. I see the "Open" sign on occasionally, but never see anyone there. How is this allowed, but yet someone gets reported for having a car sit in their driveway that's only been there a month?

Uh oh. I talked to some people about this.
Supposedly if you own a car dealership, have a dealer's license, and pay the taxes on it, the cars can sit there for YEARS, and you can't get in trouble for it. Since the cars are "For Sale" and are technically unplated, they can basically sit on that lot for 40 years.
