this has still not been addressed, i've had to make three calls to police dept. tonight. it's pretty sad when you work all week, are a law-abiding citizen, pay your taxes, etc. and you can't even sit in your living room and watch tv without having to listen to the loud "boom-boom-boom" out in the street. i have nothing against loud music of any kind as long as it does not infringe on other people's rights. these kids need to go to a club or at the very least go into their own house and bother their parents with this! they don't need to be sitting outside in front of their house for two hours playing loud bass music, so loud it can be heard from a car with rolled up windows into a brick house with storm windows a few houses down! seriously...
