Jason Franklin with Public works said the Utilities have been located and its in the system to be repaired. I can't give you a time frame, but a work order has been entered.

A question I am needing answered is what happens to my mailbox and driveway when this is repaired as it runs directly beneath both.

The pipe that runs along the road right of way is going to have to be replaced. We are going to try and save your mailbox. If we have to remove part of your driveway we will replace it. We are in the process of getting to this issue. The mailbox has been this way for many years and the pipe still takes water so it is still functional. I will have someone address the new hole that has formed. I understand you want this resolved as quickly as possible and I assure you it is in process. I have had the utilities located and we are waiting for a good solid week or so of dry weather. This job isn’t something that can be done in just a couple of days. Hoover will have to have this section resurveyed before planning as the USIC flags have been in the yard four months now and there is no guarantee that they have been placed exactly where they need to be as mowing and yard work require them to be pulled up and then placed back.

Good Morning Brandon. Your issue is still in the pipeline to be resolved. The utility lines will have to be relocated because the location ticket is outdated. Why was this closed and why did I receive an update as though this needed to be reviewed? You have sent out to mark utilities twice, had the line checked and said it was pending a fix and now it needs to be reviewed? Need some clarification on this please.

When I closed this See Click Fix I used a canned response. I closed several issues in our SCF at once. We have already reviewed this issue and there is a work request entered. Sorry for any confusion.
